La Cachette La Cachette is a 14th century village house in rue des Lavandieres. La Cachette, as its name suggests, is a hide-away, a special retreat. It is set on the fortified ramparts, close to the medieval Abbey and sits in a tiny narrow lane with next to no passers-by.
La Cachette has two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom or shower–room A beautiful kitchen with everything a good cook needs: a first-class stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Its comfortable living room has a music system, lots of books, paintings, TV with satellite reception and an open fire-place . There is a shaded terrace on the ground floor, and a second terrace leading off the living room, which looks south towards vineyards with the mountains beyond. La Cachette has a pretty walled garden, delightful fountain and cascading creepers.
