Three Village Houses

In the ancient village of Caunes-Minervois, not far from the picture-book towers of La Cité in Carcassonne, midway between the Black Mountains and the Mediterranean, we have restored three medieval village houses. Each has its own particular charm, with terraces, or views of the mountains, internal gardens, or courtyards. Each home is furnished with treasures and trifles found in local markets. Each has its individual spirit.

We make homes we'd like to live in.

These are not simply rentals;  we've designed comfortable refuges, romantic retreats, with books, pictures, music. Houses that have writers, artists and travelers in mind. We rent them per week, and  will sometimes make reductions if they are taken for longer periods.

The houses are all in the heart of the old village of Caunes, and offer 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens, comfortable beds, good cotton bed linens and good, modern bathrooms, in a price range from Euros 320 to 990 per week, depending on house and season.
